Longstock Park Nursery is set in and around a brick and flint walled kitchen garden, overlooking the picturesque ‘Test Valley’. Our aim is to supply a wide range of good quality, hardy plants, many of which are unusual. The majority of our stock is grown on site from plant material in and around the nursery, or in our world-famous Longstock Water Garden. We specialise in climbers, perennials, shrubs, trees and aquatics, and in species that do well in chalky soil. We stock a wide range of trees, from the common to the exotic. And, before you make your choice, you’re welcome to visit our Nursery garden to see how the plants will look when they’re fully grown. If you need advice, please do not hesitate to ask. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will be glad to help. The Nursery also houses National Collections of Buddleia and Clematis Viticella, twined around a 100-yard archway, and a 100-yard herbaceous border that demonstrates the effect you can create with perennials.
